矮牵牛‘漫波红色’再生及遗传转化体系的初步建立
Initial Establishment of Regeneration and Genetic Transformation System of Petunia Hybrid ‘Mambo Red’
摘要
Abstract
Using petunia ‘Mambo Red’sterile leaves as explants,the regeneration system was estab-lished,then the genetic transformation system was set up on this basis.The results showed that the best medi-um to induce differentiation of leaf was MS +2.0 mg/L 6 -BA +0.1 mg/L NAA;the best rooting medium was 1 /2MS +0.1 mg/L NAA;the appropriate kanamycin screening pressure in the sprouting and rooting stage were 100 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively;and the appropriate inhibitory concentration of cefotaxime was 200 mg/L.关键词
