烘丝工艺对卷烟烟丝中酚类物质含量的影响
Effects of Drying Process on Phenolic Compounds of Cut Tobacco
摘要
Abstract
The volatile phenol in mainstream smoke and the polyphenol compounds of cut tobacco dealt with roller and airflow drying modes were determined by high -performance liquid chromatography.The re-sults indicated that the volatile phenol in mainstream smoke was positively correlated with the polyphenol com-pounds of cut tobacco in different degrees.Along with the increase of the intensity of drying process,the poly-phenol compounds were degraded,and the contents decreased,which led to the decline of the amount of vola-tile phenol in mainstream smoke.关键词
