摘要

Abstract

To solve the problems of slow maturing and difficult to master the maturity of sun -cured to-bacco called Kadsura coccinea in Guangchang,the experiment was conducted to study the influences of four kinds of harvest maturity on quality of dark sun -cured tobacco with upper and middle leaves as study objects. The results showed that the stem ratio of upper leaves was better at proper maturity,as well as the stem ratio, blade thickness and pull of middle leaves,while the blade thickness and pull of upper leaves were better at mid -maturity.With the increase of maturity,the total nitrogen content of upper leaves decreased,the total sugar and reducing sugar contents increased,and the K content presented a trend of firstly increasing and then decreasing.For total sugar,reducing sugar and K contents of middle leaves,they all showed a trend of in-creasing at first and then decreasing with the increase of maturity.The total content of neutral aroma compo-nents of upper and middle leaves reached the highest at proper maturity.The sensory quality of upper and middle leaves performed better at proper maturity.Therefore,the proper maturity was the chosen harvest time for upper and middle leaves.
