高油酸新、陈花生所结种子的种用品质与营养品质研究
Seed Using and Nutritional Qualities of Pods from New and Old High Oleic Peanuts

Abstract
The present study was aimed at ascertaining the differences,if any,in seed using quality and main nutritional traits of pods harvested from plants grown with new and old seeds of two high oleic peanut culti-vars,Huayu 662 and Huayu 661.The results showed that the pods harvested from new and old seeds of two cul-tivars had no significant differences in seed using quality traits including germination energy,germination per-centage,germination index,vigor index and simplified vigor index,and also in oleic acid,oil and sucrose con-tents.The differences in palmitic acid and protein contents were depended on cultivar.For Huayu 661,com-pared with new seed,the pods harvested from old peanut had significantly higher palmitic acid content and lower protein content.关键词
