溴氰菊酯在烟叶中的降解机理研究
Research on Degradation Mechanism of Deltamethrin in Tobacco Leaves

Abstract
In order to explore the residual contamination risk of deltamethrin,the degradation dynamic and mechanism of deltamethrin in tobacco leaves were investigated under field condition using gas chromatog-raphy -mass spectrometry.The results showed that the degradation of deltamethrin in tobacco leaves was fitted to the first -order kinetic equation with the half -life of 5.3 days.Its residue in tobacco leaves increased with the increase of application dose and shorten of harvest time.Under field condition,the main degradation path-way of deltamethrin in tobacco leaves was transformed into more stable 3,3 -dimethyl cyclopropane -1,2 -dicarboxylic acid and 3 -phenoxyphenyl acetic acid through hydrolysis and oxidation.关键词
