Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of Qiju Dihuang soup on patients with pregnancy‐in‐duced hypertension(PIH) .Methods:84 patients with PIH were randomly divided into treatment group (n=42 cases) and control group (n=42 cases) ,control group received conventional treatment of buck ,diuresis ,spasmolysis and sedation ;treatment group was given Qiju Dihuang soup on the basis of conventional treatment for 2 weeks ,SBP ,DBP and MAP were recorded before and after 2 weeks’ treatment ;serum Cr ,BUN ,urine MA andβ2‐MG were compared after 3 days’ , 1 week’s and 2 weeks’ treatment .Results :After 2 weeks’ treatment ,the SBP ,DBP ,MAP of treatment group were sig‐nificantly lower than control group (P<0 .05);urine MA andβ2‐MG of both groups were significantly decreased after 1 and 2 weeks’ treatment (P< 0 .05) ,but the time point of treatment group was lower than control group in the first and second week(P<0 .05);the total effective rate in treatment group after treatment (92 .9% ) was significantly higher than control group (73 .8% ) .Conclusion :Qiju Dihuang soup has positive curative effect on treatment of pregnancy‐induced hy‐pertension;it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and renal function so as to be worthy of clinical promotion .关键词
