固冲止崩汤联合妈富隆治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效
Clinical efficacy of Guchong Zhibeng decoction combined with marvelon in the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the use of Guchong Zhibeng decoction combined with marvelon and only the use of marvelon in the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding . Methods :118 patients with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into two groups ,59 pa‐tients in control group were treated with marvelon ,and 59 patients in treatment group were treated with Guchong Zhibeng decoction combined with marvelon .The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared .Results :The folli‐cle stimulating hormone ,luteinizing hormone ,progesterone ,and estradiol in the two groups were decreased after treat‐ment(P<0 .05) .The recurrence of follicle stimulating hormone ,luteinizing hormone ,progesterone ,and estradiol in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0 .05) ,the hemorrhage control time ,complete hemostasis time ,and regular menstruation time in treatment group were earlier than that of the control group (P<0 .05) ,and the clinical efficacy in treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0 .05) .Compared the drug adverse reac‐tions (nausea and vomiting ,loss of appetite ,dizziness and headache) in the two groups ,the difference has no statistical significance (P>0 .05) .Conclusion:Guchong Zhibeng decoction combined with marvelon has a better curative effect in the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding ,a high safety and a low recurrence rate .So it is worthy of clinical use .关键词
