Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and effect on the quality of life ,the level of related hormones of Jiawei Shugan decoction in the treatment of insomnia with liver depression transforming into fire .Methods:The 167 cases were included in the study and divided into the observation group (87 cases) and control group (80 cases) .The control group was given estazolam oral treatment on the basis of routine life and psychological intervention ,and the observe group treated with Jiawei Shugant decoction on the basis of routine treatment .After 4 weeks’ treatment ,the efficacy and the change of WHOQOL‐BREF scale (including psychological ,physical ,social relations ,environmental fields) ,related hor‐mones (GH ,T3 ,COR ,T4 ,TSH ,TRH)were observed .Results :The total efficiency rate of the observation group was 89 .66% ,and that of the control group was 67 .50% ,the difference of the two groups’ efficacy was statistically significant (P<0 .05);After the treatment ,the WHOQOL‐BREF scales’ score of psychological ,physiological and social relations , environmental field of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0 .05) ,and the related hormones such as cor ,GH ,T3 ,T4 ,TRH and TSH were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0 .05) .Af‐ter the treatment ,the change magnitude of WHOQOL‐BREF scales of 4 dimension and related hormone index in the ob‐servation group were greater than that of the control group ,the difference of the two group was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Jiawei Shugan decoction is better than estazolam in the treatment of insomnia with liver depression transforming into fire ,and it can improve the endocrine level and the quality of life better .关键词
