参附注射液合大承气汤对急性胰腺炎胃肠动力障碍的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine Shen‐Fu injection and Jiaweidachengqi de‐coction on gastrointestinal dyskineis of acute pancreatitis (AP) .Methods:70 AP cases were randomly divided into two groups:36 cases of the control group were received the conventional western medicine treatment ,34 cases of the treat‐ment group were received the conventional western treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine .The severity of AP patients on admission was evaluated retrospectively according to APACHE Ⅱand Balthazar CT scoring system .Bari‐um gastrointestinal motility rate was observed for 24 hours and the score of gastrointestinal motility function was done . Results :Compared to the control group ,the barium excretion rate in twenty four hours were increased ,the peristaltic sounds were restored and the score of gastrointestinal motility function were improved obviously by traditional Chinese medicine(P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Chinese medicine Shen‐Fu injection and Jiaweidachengqi decoction can improve the gas‐trointestinal motility in AP patients with the gastrointestinal dyskinesis ,thereby it can promote the recovery of AP pa‐tient's condition .关键词
