摘要
Abstract
Cholelithiasis is a common diseases of the digestive system .Professor Sun Zhiguang is good at hep‐atobiliary disorders using traditional Chinese medicine .Cholelithiasis often be divided into excessive heat type ,qi stagna‐tion type and damp‐heat type by analyzing its etiology and pathogenesis ,and it can be treated by purging fu -organs to e‐liminate heat ,soothing liver -gallbladder and clear heat and transform dampness respectively .In Sun Zhi‐guang profes‐sor’s opinion ,The key of pathogenesis is the obstruction of biliary tract and disorder of qi activity ,preferred Pericarpium citri reticulatae‐Fructus aurantii in the treatment of qi‐dynamic disorders .Hot and humid are important pathological fac‐tors ,he think highly of Radix bupleuri and Scutellaria baicalensis georgi .Meanwhile ,add the drug appropriately which has good effect on remove and dissolve stone and the effect has been demonstrated by clinical and experimental study .The satisfactory efficacy has been achieved .关键词
