Abstract
Objective:to investigate the impact of electric acupuncture combined with Bushen Jianpi prescrip‐tion on bone mineral density ,blood calcium and serum OPN levels of senile patients with osteoporosis .Methods:Accord‐ing to random number table method ,160 senile patients with primary osteoporosis were divided into the joint group ,elec‐tric acupuncture group ,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group by random method ,40 cases in each group . Joint group was treated by electric acupuncture combined with Bushen Jianpi prescription ,electric acupuncture group was treated with electric acupuncture ,traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Bushen Jianpi prescription ,and western medicine group was treated with calcitriol capsule ,and all of the patients were continuously treated for 3 months . Results :Osteoporosis symptom score and serum OPN levels of 4 groups after treatment were lower than that of before treatment ,while bone mineral density and blood calcium level were higher than that of before treatment (P< 0 .05) . Compared with joint group ,osteoporosis symptom score and serum OPN levels of electric acupuncture group ,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group after treatment were elevated ,while bone mineral density and blood calcium level were leveled down (P< 0 .05) .Compared with western medicine group ,osteoporosis symptom score and serum OPN levels of electric acupuncture group and Chinese medicine treatment were leveled down while bone mineral density and blood calcium level were elevated (P<0 .05) .All of the 4 groups had no obvious adverse reaction and complications during treatment .Conclusion:Electric acupuncture combined with invigorating kidney and strengthening spleen prescrip‐tion treating senile osteoporosis can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms ,reduce the serum OPN levels and improve bone mineral density and blood calcium levels without side effects .so it is worthy of clinical spromotion and usage .关键词
