综合康复疗法治疗中风后肩手综合征疗效观察OACSTPCD
Therapeutic Observation of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy for Post-stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome
目的：观察综合康复疗法治疗中风后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合正确体位摆放、康复训练、蜡饼法和中频药透疗法治疗，对照组仅采用针刺配合正确体位摆放治疗。对两组患者治疗前后肢体功能、疼痛、水肿程度、日常生活活动能力进行评定，比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%，对照组为66.7%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗组治疗后各项指标(上肢Fugle-…查看全部>>
