摘要
Abstract
It expounded the concept of continuity of care and reviewed its’origin,analyze some problems and so-lutions in its’promotion process recently in our country from the perspectives of difference between continuity of care and other nursing,the establishment of foreign continuity of care system,and its introduction and devel-opment of continuity of care in our country,in order to establish a standardized continuity of care system and provide the reference for improving the quality of medical health service.关键词
