社区养老老年人生存质量及影响因素分析
Analysis of quality of life of elderly in community and its influencing factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of quality of life of elderly in community in Fuzhou,and probe into its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 220 elderly in community in Fuzhou were selected as the objects,and their quality of life and its influencing factors were investigated by using the SF 12 scale.Results:The physiological health score of elderly in community was 53.3±15.5,the mental health score was 61.6±15.1;the multiple regression analysis showed self assessment of health status,types of chronic diseases and sex were the influencing factors on physical health and mental health of elderly in community.Conclusion:The quality of life of the elderly in community was better,the development of community elderly nursing services should be accel-erated and we should provide comprehensive pension services for the elderly in community,so as to improve their quality of life.关键词
