脑卒中后血管性认知障碍影响因素的 Meta 分析
Meta analysis of influencing factors of vascular cognitive impairment after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate influencing factors of vascular cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:Meta analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of vascular cognitive impairment after stroke,Revman 5.0 was used to do Heterogeneity test,OR value and 95% confidence interval(95%CI ).Results:A total of 3 343 ca-ses of stroke patients,1 221 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke and 2 122 patients without cognitive impairment after stroke were included in the 10 articles.Meta analysis results showed that the OR values of hy-pertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,coronary heart disease,smoking were respectively 3.34,2.68,1.85,1.86, 3.80;95%CI were respectively(2.35 4.76),(2.26 3.1 9),(1.5 1 2.26),(1.53 2.26),(1.75 8.23)and stability was better;OR value of drinkers was 1.1 9,95%CI was 0.55 to 2.59.Conclusion:Hypertension,hyper-lipidemia,diabetes mellitus,coronary heart disease and smoking were the influencing factors of cognitive impair-ment in stroke patients,and the relationship between drinking and cognitive impairment after stroke was not de-termined.Nursing personnel should pay attention to the influencing factors of cognitive impairment in patients with stroke.关键词
