早产产妇产褥期生活质量及其影响因素调查
Survey of quality of life and its influence factors in preterm postpartum

Abstract
Objective:To survey the quality of life and its influence factors in preterm postpartum,so as to take effective measures to improve the quality of life of mothers of premature infants in puerperium.Methods:A total of 1 15 mothers of premature infants and 104 mothers of normal full term infants were investigated by using determination scale of the quality of life (WHOQOL BREF),and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results:Total score all dimensions scores of WHOQOL BREF and total score of SSRS in premature maternal were lower than that in women with full term birth(P <0.05).Stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the physical dimensions of quality of life in premature puerperal women included duration of hospital stay,family income,care from confinement center or Yuesao,mode of delivery,the birth weight of infants;Influ-encing factors of psychological dimensions were gestational age,social support,caregiver number,the relation-ship between couple;Influencing factors of social dimensions were occupation,social support,whether postpar-tum follow up or not;Influencing factors of environment dimensions were residence,occupation,care from Yuesao or confinement center,birth weight,family monthly income,birth gestational age;influencing factors of total score were infants’birth weight,social support,care from Yuesao or confinement center,family income, maternal age and the number of caregivers.Conclusion:Quality of life of mothers of premature infants in puerpe-rium was lower than that in normal full term women,which were affected by many factors,so we should es-tablish perfect support system,give the mother personalized health guidance and improve the ability of self health care and scientific parenting,in order to improve the quality of life of maternal and child.关键词
