临床护士职业态度现状及影响因素调查
Survey of status quo of professional attitude of clinical nurses and its influence factors

Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo of professional attitude of clinical nurses,analyze its main in-fluence factors,and so as to provide the basis for finding the effective nursing talents incentive model.Methods:A total of 954 clinical nurses received the questionnaire by using the clinical nurses’professional attitude ques-tionnaire.Results:The cognition dimension score of professional attitude of clinical nurses was 31.35±3.37,the emotion dimension score was 21.56±5.07,behavior dimension score was 28.65±4.21.The differences of three dimensions scores of professional attitude between nurse in charge and other titles groups were statistically significant(P <0.05),the difference of three dimensions scores of professional attitude between bachelor degree or above nurses and school nurses were statistical significance(P <0.05),the difference of cognition and emo-tion dimensions score between different seniority nurses had no statistical significance(P >0.05),but the behav-ior dimension score of clinical nurses more than 10 years were higher.In the reasons of clinical nurses selecting nursing work,love of nursing work accounted for 37.6%;58.0% of the nurses thought that one of the most im-portant things in nursing work was improving their comprehensive quality as soon as possible;the top three in the biggest desires of currently work were respect and improving the social state,working with understanding and respecively higher wages;the top two of work target ranking in the next five years were enhancing their comprehensive strength and improving their education.Conclusion:The professional attitude of clinical nurses was in the middle level;the clinical nurses of different titles and educations had different professional attitudes. The nursing managers should take comprehensive measures to improve the clinical nurses’professional attitude, guide the nurses establish a positive professional values and scientific nursing human resource application and management model.关键词
