乳腺癌症状群与生活质量的相关性研究
Correlation study between symptoms clusters and quality of life of breast cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To survey the types of symptom clusters of breast cancer patients and its influence on pa-tients’daily life.Methods:A total of 202 patients with breast cancer were surveyed by using the Anderson’s symptom assessment (Chinese version).Through factor analysis to extract the symptoms of breast cancer pa-tients,it explored the relationship between the symptom clusters and the daily activities of the patients by corre-lation analysis.Results:Patients with breast cancer had psychological related symptom clusters,nerve related symptom clusters and gastrointestinal tract symptom clusters.The symptom clusters were significantly correla-ted with the daily activities of the patients(P <0.01).Conclusion:The occurrence of symptoms in patients with breast cancer had high frequency and severe degree.There were 3 symptom clusters,and significantly correlated with quality of life.In order to improve the patient’s quality of life,the nursing personnel should evaluate the symptom clusters timely and accurately,and carry out the management and control.关键词
