摘要
Abstract
Objective:To develop a self management behavior scale for patients with diabetic foot.Methods:The original item pool was formulated through literature review and semi interviews.The draft scale was formed after two rounds of expert evaluation and pilot study.A total of 125 patients with diabetic foot received the questionnaire by using the draft scale to test its reliability and validity.Results:The final scale consisted of 3 di-mensions including 1 6 items.The total Cronbach’s coefficient of the scale was 0.796.The coefficients were respective-ly 0.903,0.636 and 0.566 for the 3 dimensions.The test retest reliability was 0.664,for the total scale and ranged from 0.640 to 0.812.The content validity index (CVI)was 0.94.Three factors were extracted by using principal component analysis and maximum variance orthogonal rotation,and the cumulative variance contribu-tion rate was 47.901%.Conclusion:The self management behavior scale for diabetic foot had better reliability and validity,which could serve as a tool to evaluate the self management behavior of diabetic foot patients.关键词
