Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of nurses’cognition on patients safety culture and their safe-ty behaviors and analyze the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 624 clinical nurses were investigated with hospital patient safety culture scale and safety behavior scale.Results:The total score of patient safety cul-ture cognition of nurses was 3.94 ± 0.42;while the total score of their safety behaviors was 4.44 ± 0.49.It showed that there was positive correlation between patient safety culture cognition of nurses and their safety be-haviors.Regression analysis showed that the patient safety culture cognition could independently explain 28.5%of the total variance of the safety behaviors after controlling demographic variables.Conclusion:Nursing manag-ers could strengthen nurses’cognition on patient safety culture and promote their safety behavior of patients,so as to ensure the safety of patients.关键词
