高职护生坚韧人格与护士职业态度的现状及相关性研究
Status quo and correlation study on hardiness personality and occupational attitudes in higher vocational nursing students

Abstract
Obj ective:To know about the status quo and correlation of hardiness personality and occupational at-titudes in higher vocational nursing students,so as to improve the compression ability and hardiness personality level of nursing students,to provide reference for the cultivation of the positive occupational attitude.Methods:A total of 507 high vocational nursing students received the questionnaire by using hardiness scale and nurse occu-pation attitude questionnaire.Results:Hardiness personality score for vocational nursing students was(70.35 ± 1 1.73),the nurse occupation attitude score was(5.65 ±0.95);occupation attitude of higher vocational nursing students was positively correlated with hardiness(P <0.01 ).Conclusion:There was close relationship between hardiness personality and occupation attitude of higher vocational nursing students,the two promoted each oth-er.Nursing education could be carried out with the characteristics of mental health curriculum and occupation planning training,so as to improve their level of hardiness,cultivate their positive occupational attitudes.关键词
