Structure optimization for different medium injection tools for ackaline surfactant polymer (ASP) lfooding

Abstract
There are a number of structure parameters of different medium injection tools for ASP lfooding. The problem of multi-factor and multi-level tend to cause dififculty in determining the structural parameters. By the method of combining numerical simulation with orthogonal experimental design, analysis was conducted to the effect of 16 sets of different medium injection tool structures with 5 factors and 4 levels on average strain velocity and pressure loss; also, range analysis and variance analysis were conducted to analyze the consequences and ifnalized the optimum parameters of different medium injection tool structures, that is, size of divergence angle 1mm, divergence angle 45°, diameter of cylindrical section Ø4 mm, length of cylindrical section 2 mm, radius of contraction section, Ø10 mm. This optimization research provides technical guidance for the optimization design of tool structure.关键词
