摘要

Abstract

A realizable emergency communication scheme based on the dynamic spectrum al ocation (DSA) technology in cognitive radio (CR) is discussed. In the scene of the emergency accident, rescue teams from different places have their own cluster network, which can be regarded as a cognitve node in CR and al of them form the whole CR network. Since the CR network is associated with reinforcement learning (RL) system, the RL algorithm is taken to learn and optimize the whole dynamic spectrum al ocation scheme in CR.
