Practice and thoughts about implementation plan for sponge city construction in Linhai City

Abstract
Currently, implementation plans for the construction of sponge cities are mostly designed from the municipal perspective, with focuses placed on the application of low-impact development measures, and with a lack of a systematic construction concept.To solve these problems, using Linhai City as a case study, we analyze the problems and needs while considering basin flood control and two project systems, which include the peripheral safeguard project and internal implementation plan, discuss the key points of the practice of designing implementation plans for sponge cities, and provide recommendations for popularizing sponge cities in China.关键词
