Abstract
Ordinary ceramic and antimicrobial self-cleaning ceramics developed by Baita Xin-Lianxing Ceramic Group Co. Ltd were characterized,Research on the self-cleaning principle of self-cleaning ceramics.Self-ceramic surface structure and roughness were analyzed by using emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and atomic force microscopy (AFM);elemental composition and the functional groups species of ceramic surface were studied by using X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)and Raman-infrared spectroscopy (FI-IR);the self-cleaning ceramic surface contact angle changes were detected by using a contact angle measuring instrument,the results show that:the self- cleaning ceramic surface roughness was reduced,porosity reduction,forming a nanostructure similar to lotus leaf surface and the surface contains a large number of hydrophobic groups,the contact angle is about 90°,the self-cleaning ceramic surface due to the presence of hydrophobic groups and special nanostructures and become functional materials with self-cleaning capabilities.关键词
