我国运动员职业身份、职业特征及其职业发展权利研究
Athlete’s Professional Identity,Professional Characteristics and Professional Development Rights in China
摘要
Abstract
Athlete security work is an important part of sports industry in China. Since 2010,Chinese athlete security work has entered a new period of ath⁃lete career development,so as to realize the life value and the comprehensive development of athletes. From the view of career development theory,using the methods of documentary and logical analysis,the paper concluded followings:the stage of development Chinese athlete’s professional identity are keeping worker identity in formal original unit,setting formal worker identity in professional sports team,and clearing athletes professional identity. the definition of athletes career in China,is the people who are engaged in ball games,track and field,gymnastics,swimming and chess classes such as professional sports training and competition,whose work under the guidance of the coach,doing long-term physical training and expertise training,improving exercise capacity and technical level,taking part in public professional competition and games. Chinese athlete’s professional characteristics are the public welfare of servic⁃ing country and society,work content’s concentration of space and time,the scarcity of professional labor skills,the high risk of unemployment,the com⁃pound of human resource investment,the particularity of the free flow restrictions. The concept of Chinese athlete career development rights is athlete career development related requirements by law in process of athletes’preparation,entry and exit three career development stages. Chinese athlete career develop⁃ment rights conclude culture and education rights,sports training rights,career planning rights,social security rights,employment development rights. Char⁃acteristics of athletes professional development rights are dynamic,statutory,and long-term.关键词
