我国学校体育的社会服务职能:历程、动因、理念
Service Socialization of School Sports in China:History,Motivation and Concept
摘要
Abstract
Due to the influence of school education with“teaching center”in China,similarly,school sports have been carried out around this center,and the social service function has been in the edge and symbolic position. Facing the school teaching and social development ,how to improve the function of service social has became a necessary. From the perspective of development ,the social service function of school sports experienced three stages from start(1995-2000),development(2000-2006)and promotion(2006-present),and entered a new stage but with some embarrassment and block. From the perspective of motivation,it is not only a historical performance of school education,but also a improved symbol of social division and organization,as well as social factors (such social organizations)have very large development with social needs. From its development concept ,the base choice is from administrative leader to or⁃ganization decision,because administrative leader lead to interest conflict,cross management,unidentified subject and inefficiency,but organization decision which is a authority system has been the link points between multiple government and cooperation development. Of course ,it is necessary to grasp two key points(public behavior and talent training)and three improvement(social force,service concept and risk aversion),this is a recognition on the organization authority in social structure change meanwhile,it is also the key to the efficiency of school sports social services.关键词
