生物炭降低土壤中2,4,6-TCP有效性能力的评估
Assessment of the Ability of Biochar to Reduce Bioavailability of 2,4,6-TCP in the Soils

Abstract
2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP) is widely used as fungicides, herbicides, preservatives in agriculture. And soil contaminated 2,4,6-TCP has attracted the attention of scholars. Batch equilibrium experiments were conducted to determine the leachability of 2,4,6-TCP in four kinds of soil and adsorbing capacities of biochars and soils. The results showed that leachability in the four test soil were in order of Alluvial Soil > Wushantu soil > Black soil > Red soil The adsorption isotherms of 2,4,6-TCP in four soils were fitted by Freundlich equation. The adsorption efficiencyKf of the four test soils were 0.9047, 0.7759, 100.3 and 75.01 (in order of Alluvial Soil, Wushantu soil, Black soil, Red soil), respectively. And the adsorption abilities of red soil and black soil were relatively strong. Evident in the adsorption curve is nonlinear, it may be as the surface adsorption; While Wushantu soil and Alluvial soil adsorption ability is very poor, linear adsorption curve is more apparent, can be assigned to the adsorption. The biochar made from coconut shell is the most effective in the three kinds of biochar to absorb 2,4,6-TCP. Biochar addition can significantly increase soil adsorbing capacity to 2,4,6-TCP, and the adsorbing capacity was affected by the test soil types. It would be practical to use biochar as the remediation media, and It is needed 2675 kg·hm-2 biochar to reduce the 50% of 2,4,6-TCP in soil. This research could give supports to the application of biochar to remediate the 2,4,6-TCP contamination.关键词
