Examining the Claims of Legislating the Basic Law of Religion in China
摘要
Abstract
There is no a basic law of religion in China and the national governance in religion field is based on some normative legal documents and policies principally.Therefore, quite a few people have been advocated to making a basic law of religion as soon as possible.Although this proposal is robust and powerful, it is not necessary and an appropriate timing for China to make a basic law of religion currently.We should reinforce laws which already exists, or make a reli-gious group law at first.关键词
