摘要
Abstract
In order to minimize errors resulted from the model of finite element analysis of tubular heat exchanger and prevent misguidance to other cases,the relations between uniform static loads and structure deformation of heat exchanger are discussed according to engineering practice in four aspects.The first aspect is the uniform static loads of axial,includes 4 kinds of situation of axial non-uniform acting on tube sheet.The second aspect is the uniform static loads of cross section,includes 5 kinds of situation of axial deflected flow in tube pass, radial deflected flow in tube pass, deflected flows of the inlet and outlet structure in shell pass,radial uniform thermal load in shell pass and condensation in shell pass.The third aspect is the uniform thermal load in tube pass,includes 3 kinds of situation of temperature difference between any two tubes in single pass,temperature difference between two tube passes,temperature differ-ence between four tube passes.The fourth aspect is the uniform static load of large-scale equipment, includes 3 kinds of situation of uniform flow state,dead loads and structure.关键词
