多个低b值DWI技术在心脏成像中的初步研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the imaging technology and characteristics of cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) multi-low-b DWI technology.Methods With a 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system, cardiovascular magnetic imaging, including MR Cine, T2WI and multi-low-b DWI technology, was performed in 30 healthy volunteers who had given written informed consent to investigate the clinical feasibility of multi-low-b DWI technology and to explore whether ADC values in different segmental myocardium, differentblood supply areas, different age-groups and gender were similar or not. A discussion was made on whichb value shouldbe selected tobetter relfect the perfusion of myocardium when using DWI technology to scan cardiac structure.Results The image quality of multi-low-b DWI technology wasbetter when theb values were 20, 60 s/mm2 (b<100 s/mm2). The study showed ADC values of some myocardial segments in healthy volunteers were different (F=6.315,P<0.001). ADC values of differentblood supply areas were different (F=27.804,P<0.001) asbelow: the ADC value of the left anterior descendingbranch was (0.01186±0.00422) mm2/s; the ADC value of the right coronary artery was (0.01032±0.00333) mm2/s; the ADC value of the left circumlfex was (0.00902±0.00248) mm2/s. Besides, myocardial ADC values were not different frombase to apex.Conclusion The CMR multi-low-b DWI technology is feasible and repeatable. Myocardial ADC values have regional variation. The image quality isbetter when theb values are 20, 60 s/mm2 (b<100 s/mm2) which indicates the images obtained through DWI technology canbetter relfect myocardial perfusion. The research provides relevant reference for choosing the appropriateb values in the future studies.关键词
