超声联合多层螺旋CT血管成像对颈部动脉溃疡斑块的诊断价值OACSTPCD
Value of Ultrasound and Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Detection of Carotid Plaque Ulceration
目的：探讨超声及多层螺旋CT血管成像（MSCTA）对颈部动脉溃疡斑块的诊断价值。方法选择2010~2014年于我院进行颈部超声检查和MSCTA检查的400例颈动脉斑块患者，比较溃疡斑块的发生率、颈动脉狭窄程度、不同部位溃疡斑块的检出情况及颈动脉斑块与脑缺血的关系。结果超声和MSCTA分别发现85处及142处溃疡斑块，两种检查方法对颈部溃疡斑块的检出率具统计学差异（P<0.05)；超声和MSCTA分别发现707及719处非溃疡斑块，两种检查对…查看全部>>
