Abstract
Objective To develop a bidding system and improve the bidding process in the hospital by means of informatization.Methods The B/S framework was adopted to develop the bidding system, which is composed of user presentation layer, the application service layer, the business logic layer, the data processing layer, and the data layer.Results The function of the system includes system management, news management, bidding competition management, statistical query, and the user central management. The permission set can be accurately located to each individual so as to ensure the appropriate assignment of work in the whole bidding system.Conclusion With the application of internet bidding system, personnel from both sides of the bidding do not need to meet frequently, which can reduce the probability of engaging in covert operation. The system relfects the bidding principle:openness, fairness, and justice. The system can also provide reference for the implementation of various kinds of audit and supervision work.关键词
