医用耗材供应商评价机制的探究
Research on the Evaluation Mechanism of Medical Consumables Suppliers
摘要
Abstract
Supplier evaluation mechanism is an important part of the hospital consumables procurement and supply system. By initiating evaluation indexes, which include product properties, suppliers, the wish of suppliers, and suppliers support capability, by means of weight analysis and statistics, the research focused on the comprehensive evaluation method for material suppliers so as to realize the classification management of suppliers as well as to achieve satisfactory quality control with lower logistics cost and good after-sales service, and to reach the goal of ensuring consumables supply.关键词
