Abstract
This paper introduces the existing problems in the hospital medical equipment purchasing and proposes an evaluation system based on key performance indicators (KPI). The paper also describes the evaluation principles, evaluation methods, and expected results of KPI in details. The advantages and disadvantages of this method, as well as the direction for further improvement are pointed out.关键词
