摘要
Abstract
Long non-coding RNAs ( lncRNAs) is a kind of RNA molecule more than 200 nucleotides in length, can not encoding a protein.Studies show that it can regulate gene expression at multiple levels to participate in a wide range of complex biological processes within the cell.lncRNAs closely related with a variety of malignant tumors, play an oncogenic or tumor suppressor role in the development of different tumors.With the development of molecular biology techniques, more and more lncRNAs perceived by people.NEAT1 is a long non-coding RNA, which was found in recent years, in addition to the formation and maintenance of the process, it plays an important role in the body paraspeckles subnuclear structure, the re-searchers also found that it can play important role in different signaling pathways in multiple tumors.关键词
