Abstract
n- Octadecane/SiO2 microcapsule was synthesized by interfacial polymerization with n- octadec⁃ane as the core of the phase change material and SiO2 as wal material. The importance of the emulsification during the synthesis process of phase change microcapsule was put forward. The emulsion stability with differ⁃ent emulsifier was deeply studied using laser particle analyzer. The effects of emulsifier content, oil- water ra⁃tio and emulsification time on emulsion size were also investigated. The properties of prepared microcapsule were studied on the basis of optimized emulsification process. The results showed that the optimal conditions were choosing YUS- 135B as the emulsifier, emulsifier content was 2%~3%, oil- water ratio was 1∶5~1∶7, emulsification time was 1 h. The microcapsule synthesized under the optimal conditions showed the core- shel structure and good dispersity, and the encapsulation rate reached 72.3%.关键词
