苯甲醇在涤纶碱减量加工中的应用
Application of benzyl alcohol in alkali deweighting process of polyester fabric

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of high amount of alkali and large energy consumption during al⁃kali deweighting of polyester fabric, the carrier benzyl alcohol was applied to alkali deweighting treatment. The effects of dosage of accelerant, benzyl alcohol and sodium hydroxide, alkaline deweighting temperature and time on weight loss of polyester fabirc were studied. The strength and SEM of treated fabrics were also test⁃ed. The results showed that when sodium hydroxide 2.5 g/L, accelerant CTAB 4×10- 4 mol/L, benzyl alcohol 20 mL/L, alkaline deweighting at 98 ℃ for 60 min, the weight reduction rate of polyester fabric was 17.1%; sodi⁃um hydroxide 10 g/L, CTAB 0.5×10- 4 mol/L, benzyl alcohol 20 mL/L, alkaline deweighting at 98 ℃ for 60 min, the weight reduction rate of polyester fabric was 12.4%; sodium hydroxide 5 g/L, CTAB 4 × 10- 4 mol/L, benzyl alcohol 20 mL/L, alkaline deweighting at 80 ℃ for 60 min, the weight reduction rate of polyester fabric was 10.6%. Through observing surface appearance of polyester fibers with SEM, it was found "chemical denuda⁃tion" phenomenon occurred on the surface of the fibers, and the strength loss mainly depended on the weight reduction rate of the fabrics.关键词
