复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性和安全性OA
Efficacy and safety of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease
目的：讨论并分析在冠心病心绞痛治疗中，复方丹参滴丸的有效性和安全性。方法选取我院2012年11月～2014年10月期间手指的60例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式将60例患者平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者采用阿司匹林常规治疗，观察组患者采用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗，然后就两组患者的治疗效果进行综合性比较。结果两组患者在治疗有效率及不良反应发生率等指标比较上，观察组均优于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用复方丹参滴…查看全部>>
