Abstract
In order to evaluate the silent infection of the main pathogens in pigs,1 224 lymph nodes and 1 194 tonsils were collected from 13 pig slaughterhouses to detect porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), high pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(HPPRRSV),classical swine fever virus(CSFV) and pseudorabies virus(PRV)by using fluorescent PCR technology. The results showed that the PRV infection rate in healthy swine herds was the highest,up to 7.5%,and the following was PPRSV( 4.5%),HPPRRSV(1.7%),CSFV (0.2%). The results indicated that some pigs in clinical healthy swine herds carryed pathogenic pathogens.关键词
