Analysis on the Effects of Exempting Animals Quarantine Fees on Animal Health Supevision
国家暂停征收动物及动物产品检疫收费的政策自2015年11月1日起实施。通过对这一政策实施的背景介绍和甘肃省的执行情况调研，本文分析了该政策实施后产生的积极影响和存在的问题，并提出了相关解决建议。
The policy of exempting animals and their products quarantine fees has been implemented since November 1,2015. The background of the policy was analyzed,based on the investigation on the implementation of Gansu Province,the positive and the negative influences of the policy on animal health supervision were discussed,and related suggestions were put forward.
