Abstract
The policy of exempting animals and their products quarantine fees has been implemented since November 1,2015. The background of the policy was analyzed,based on the investigation on the implementation of Gansu Province,the positive and the negative influences of the policy on animal health supervision were discussed,and related suggestions were put forward.关键词
