Abstract
In March of 2014,several outbreaks of peste des petits ruminants occurred and caused serious economic loss because of an animal health inspector’s improper enforcement,and the inspector was sued for Suspection of Dereliction of Duty. The case and relevant lessons were reviewed,and related suggestions were put forward in this article.关键词
