摘要
Abstract
By introducing a case that an official veterinarian entrusting non-official veterinarians to issue animal health certificates,the harm of such illegal behavior to quarantine order was analyzed. Suggestions of strengthening animal health supervision at grassroot level,promoting discipline and responsibility awareness and improving the law enforcement capacity were put forward to animal health surpervision institutions.关键词
