Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical effects of immediate restoration after one-piece tapered implant in-stallation in lower anterior region with immediate extraction. Methods: This retrospective study includ-ed patients who have received immediate restoration after one-piece tapered implant installation in lower anterior region with immediate extraction for over 1 year. The follow-up data and clinical effects were collected and evaluated respectively. Results: The average observed period of total 75 one-piece tapered implants in 53 cases was 3.7 years. The survival rate was 100%. All implants had healthy gum tissues. In addition, no obvious periimplant bone resorption was observed. Conclusion: The clinical ef-fects of immediate restoration after one-piece tapered implant installation in lower anterior region with immediate extraction are definite.关键词
