帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗无并发症的急性单纯性流行性感冒的临床疗效及安全性评价OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Clinical efficacy and safety of peramivir trihydrate sodium chloride injection in the treatment of acute simple uncomplicated influenza
目的：评价帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗无并发症的急性单纯性流行性感冒的临床疗效和安全性。方法入选60例流行性感冒患者为研究对象。所有患者予以帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液100 mL／0.3 g，单次静脉滴注。在治疗前和治疗后第3，7天共访视3次，评价其症状缓解情况和安全性。结果发热缓解率100％，缓解时间（23.40±13.43） h，其他症状缓解率75％～93％。不良事件以化验检查异常为主，主要包括三酰甘油升高11例，谷丙转氨酶升高1例，QTc间期延长1例…查看全部>>
