维生素 D对2型糖尿病合并呼吸道感染患者的临床研究
Study on the vitamin D in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with respiratory tract infections

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of the vitamin D in patients with type 2 diabetic combine with respiratory tract infections.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetic combine with respiratory tract infections were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group ,30 cases in each group.Two groups were both treated by routine antiinfection and insulin intensive therapy.The control group were added homemade placebo capsule 1 pills, 1 times a day and the trial group added calcitriol soft capsules 1 pills,1 times a day,two groups were taken for 24 weeks.The serum glucose, serum Ca, 25(OH)D3 and CD3, CD4, C3, immunoglobulin A (IgA) and IgG were tested and compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment ,the blood glucose level were lower(P<0.05), the levels of 25(OH)D3 in the treatment group were higher than in the control group ( P<0.05).Compared with before treatment , the CD4 level were higher ( P <0.05 ), the treatment group were more obviously (P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the IgA level were lower ( P <0.05 ), the IgG, C3 level were higher (P<0.05), and the treatment group were more obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion Oral vitamin D can significantly improve the level of complement in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with respiratory tract infection .关键词
