丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究
Clinical study of tanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate combined with simvastatin in the treatment of patients with angina of coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tanshinone ⅡA sodium sulfonate injection combined with simvastatin on patients with angina of coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety-eight patients with angina of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group(n=49) and control group(n=49).Patients in treatment group were orally given simvastatin 10 mg · d-1 , intravenously infused tanshi-none ⅡA sodium sulfonate injection 60 mg+glucose solution 250 mL. Control group was orally given simvastatin 10 mg · d-1.The course of treatment was 1 month.Clinical efficacy , blood lipid , heart function , hemorheology and adverse reaction in two groups were observed.Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 87.75%, significantly higher than 71.43%in control group ( P<0.05 ).Blood lipid levels of the two groups after treatment were both decreased ( P<0.05 ) , and treatment group significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).The in-dex of heart function increased after treatment in two groups ( P<0.05 ) , and treatment group significantly higher than control group ( P<0.05 ).The indexes of hemorheology in two groups were decreased after treatment ( P<0.05) , treatment group significantly lower than control group ( P<0.05 ).There was no serious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion The effect of tanshinone ⅡA sodium sulfonate injection combined with simvastatin on patients with angina of coronary heart disease was significant , which could significantly improve blood lipids , heart function and blood rheology.关键词
