Effect of Xingnaojing Injection on nitric oxide, insulin-like growth factor-1 and macrophage inhibitory factor of hypertensive patients with intracerebral hemorrhage
目的：研究醒脑静注射液对高血压脑出血患者一氧化氮（ NO）、胰岛素样生长因子－1（ IGF－1）和巨噬细胞转移抑制因子（ MIF ）的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2014年10月在我院治疗的140例高血压脑出血且均成功进行了开颅或引流手术患者，随机分为对照组（72例）和试验组（68例）。对照组，静脉注射5％的葡萄糖注射液，每次280 mL，1次／天；试验组，在对照组的基础上，静脉滴注醒脑静注射液30 mL，1次／天，疗程15 d。通过硝酸还原酶…查看全部>>
