干扰素联合核苷类药物对乙肝患者外周血T 淋巴细胞亚群表达改变的相关性研究
Correlation of interferon plus nucleoside drugs in altered expression of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with hepatitis B

Abstract
Objective To invesigate the correlation of interferon in combination with nucleoside drugs for hepatitis B in patients with altered expression of T lymphocyte subsets.Methods One hundred patients with hepatitis B were randomly divided into the control group ( n=50 ) that were administered a single lamivudine ( mg· d -1 , for 1 year) while the experiment group ( n =50 ) were treated with interferon α2b (180 μg· times-1 , 1 time /week ) for 1 year.Before and after treatment, the expression of T lymphocyte subsets of all patients , T lymphocytes organization silver -staining nucleolar organizer region -s (AgNORs) content, liver function and hepatitis B virus ( HBV) DNA levels were measured.Results Compared with before , cluster of di-fferentiation 3 (CD3), cluster of differentiation 4(CD4)levels and AgNORs of the experiment group were significantly increased while CD 8 levels were significantly lower after treatment ( all P<0.05 ) , those of the con-trol group had no significant difference before and after treatment ( P>0.05).Efficacy of the experiment group was significantly better than the control group , and after treatment ALT levels , HbeAg level and HBV DNA levels of the experiment group were significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Interferon in combination with nucleoside drugs can significantly improve the experiment of patients with hepatitis B and the patient ’ s immune cells significantly enhanced.关键词
