Effects of urinary kallidinogenase on the expression of glial cell line-derived neural factor and platelet derived growth factor in rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of urinary kallidinogenase on the expression of glial cell line -derived neural factor ( GDNF) and platelet derived growth factor ( PDGF) in rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Methods Rats were randomly assigned into three groups:sham-operation group , model group and test group.The middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion model was made by the suture me-thod ( ischemia for 2 h, and reperfusion for 48 h ).The rats in the test group were injected with urinary kallidinogenase 3.5 ×10-3 PNAU· kg -1 after making a model , the rats in the sham -operation group and model group were fed normally.The level of GDNF amd PDGF expression were measured by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Results Compared with sham-operation group ,the expression of GDNF amd PDGF increased in model group ( P<0.05 ).Compared with model group , the expression of GDNF amd PDGF increased in test group (P<0.05).Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase can stimulate the expression of the neurotrophic factors so as to protect the neuron in the ischemic zone .关键词
